The Bug & Bun Dog Fragrance Discovery Pack brings together all six of our perfumer-designed Hound Fragrances, inviting you to explore the complete collection at your own pace.

Inside, you'll discover two distinctly different expressions of fragrance.

Our Signature Collection takes its inspiration from contemporary fine perfumery. Mondame11, Saffron Nights and Voyager explore the beautiful contrasts of soft florals, warm amber, vibrant citrus and aromatic woods. Layered, characterful compositions created for hounds with just as much personality as their humans.

Our Aromatherapy Inspired Collection takes a more botanical approach. Fleur, Tranquille and Courageux explore gentle florals, fresh aromatic notes and uplifting citrus, creating beautifully considered fragrances inspired by nature.

Each fragrance is created by our Melbourne perfumer through By Luis Scent Design, bringing the artistry and complexity of fine fragrance into a dedicated Hound Fragrance formula.

Water-based, alcohol-free, vegan and cruelty-free, each scent is designed for application to your hound's coat, with fragrance longevity of up to three days depending on coat type and activity.

Essential Product Info

How to use

Mist lightly and evenly over your hound's dry coat from approximately 20–30 cm away, avoiding the face and sensitive areas.

Alternatively, spray onto a grooming brush before brushing gently through the coat.

Refresh as desired. Fragrance longevity will vary according to coat type, activity, grooming routine and application.

Care + Caution

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, ears, broken or irritated skin. Introduce gradually if your hound is sensitive to fragrance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Keep out of reach of children. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Composed by a perfumer, for a household with a dog in it

I've always been fascinated by the psychology behind our sense of smell, and how a fragrance becomes a part of someone's identity — and I don't think our hounds are any different.

Every hound has their own little world of quirks, habits and personality. Some are full of adventure. Others are happiest curled up beside you, occupying far more of the sofa than they should.

I wanted this collection to offer something for all of them.

The Discovery Pack is an invitation to spend time with each fragrance, see how it settles into their coat and discover which one starts to feel like an extension of their personality.

The thing is, you never know whether a scent is going to "feel like you" until you try it.

Before you buy

The questions we get asked

How much fragrance is in each bottle?

Each vial holds 3 mL — enough to live with a scent for a week or two rather than judge it on a single spray. The full size comes in 10 mL and 50 mL.

How do I choose between them?

Live with one for a week before moving on. A fragrance reads differently on a freshly washed coat than it does three days later, and that second impression is usually the one that decides it.

Most people find one they reach for without thinking. That is the one.

Can I use these as my everyday fragrance?

Yes. These are the same compositions as the full-size bottles, not weaker testers. The only difference is how long they last.

Are they hound-friendly?

They are our Hound Fragrances in a smaller bottle — water-based, alcohol-free and formulated for use on the coat. They are vegan and never tested on animals.

As with any fragrance, mist from a short distance, avoid the face and eyes, and let your dog tell you what they are comfortable with.

What if none of them suit us?

Tell us what did not work and we will point you at something closer. Scent is personal, and a discovery pack has done its job either way — knowing what you do not want is progress.

Do you offer a full size of each?

Yes. Every scent in this pack is available in the full 50 mL bottle, linked above.

How long will each fragrance last on my dog?

Our Hound Fragrances are designed to remain noticeable on the coat for up to three days, depending on coat type, activity and application. Each 3 mL spray is ideal for discovering how a scent develops and settles naturally on your hound before choosing a full-size bottle.

Can I use these fragrances with the matching Hound Shampoos?

Absolutely. All six Discovery Pack scents have a matching 2-in-1 Hound Shampoo. Use the shampoo first, then finish with a light application of Hound Fragrance once the coat is dry. It's a lovely way to create a more complete grooming ritual and extend the fragrance experience.
