RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Bug & Bun, we take great pride in creating premium, Australian-made fragrance products for Hounds, Humans and Homes. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us and are committed to providing remedies in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Dog Fragrance Satisfaction Guarantee (50 mL)
Every full-sized 50 mL Dog Fragrance includes a 3 mL sample vial, allowing you to trial the scent before opening the full-size product.
If you decide the fragrance is not suitable for you:
- You may return the unopened bottle within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Sample Discovery Packs – Aromatherapy & Everyday Living
Due to the nature of this product, Sample Discovery Packs are non-refundable for change of mind. These packs are designed to allow customers to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-size product.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us at hello@bugandbun.com.au within 7 days of delivery, providing:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the fault
Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A replacement
- A refund (including shipping costs where applicable), or
- Another remedy in accordance with ACL
Bug & Bun will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or damaged items.
Return Processing
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days
- You will be notified once your refund has been issued
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
