I received my order only to realise they missed a small attachment. I was in no rush so I reached out via email (very easy to find on their website). I got a reply almost immediately and they stated they would send out a replacement. Not only did they do that they added some extra goodies for me which is overly nice, I did not expect that at all (the fragrance oil smells so good it should be edible).
